By understanding this complex, yet important part of female physiology, you can help your female clients train and perform to the best of their abilities, while feeling great every step of the way.

Sure, there are plenty of textbooks, courses and schools to attend to learn about sports nutrition, building training plans and working with clients. But, here's the thing. The research that you currently find in textbooks and classrooms is based off of research done on men.
Why does that matter? Because women are different.
Based on the most up-to-date research on females, this course will help you train your pre-menopausal female clients according to their unique physiology.
So, why does this matter? The menstrual cycle isn't just about bleeding a few days a month. The hormones involved dictate nutrient requirements, energy expenditure and so much more. When we ignore this, our clients have a harder time losing weight, meeting their goals in the gym and can be at risk for a variety of conditions later on in life.
